Hyde Housing Association have released a construction project management services framework worth £200m over 48 months.

The procurement is divided into three lots and interested parties may submit tenders for all of these.

The Hyde Construction Consultancy Services Framework is being procured covering a range of services for construction projects and will be accessible by other public bodies throughout England and Wales.

Hyde also wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for use by other UK public sector bodies. A full list of which can be seen here

Lot one – £75m

This lot covers the supply of employers agency services

Lot two – £50m

This lot covers architectural services

Lot three – £75m

This lot covers construction management services.

Requests to participate must be submitted by 2^nd September and tenders must be maintained for a minimum of six months.
