The Procure Partnerships (National Minor Works) Framework worth £2.5bn open for bidding

The Procure Partnerships (National Minor Works) Framework is looking for suppliers for a number of different construction works. The total value of these works is £2.5 billion.

 

This framework will be available to clients requiring construction works across 10 regions across England and Wales. This framework will be available to all public sector contracting authorities. The areas serviced will include, but are not limited to: schools, academies, colleges, universities, emergency services, NHS, local authorities, housing associations, libraries and museums, charities, government departments, leisure providers, and the MoD.

 

The Minor Works framework has had previous success in the North West Region over the past year. The North West specific framework has serviced 19 individual public sector client users within its first year, with over 50% having multiple projects. Due to this success the North West Minor Works Framework has achieved, it has been expanded to 10 other regions across England and Wales. These regions are as follows:

  • North East, England
  • Yorkshire and Humber, England
  • East Midlands, England
  • West Midlands, England
  • East of England
  • London, England
  • South East, England
  • South West, England
  • North Wales
  • South Wales

The Procure Partnerships (National Minor Works) Framework has a duration of four years.

 

The time frame for this tender is as follows:

  • Tender Documents Issued: Thursday 23rd January
  • Bid Return: Thursday 4th March
  • Award: Friday 20th March
  • Stand Still Period Ends: Tuesday 31st March
  • Framework Live: Wednesday 1st April
