£3.36m Buckinghamshire facilities management framework open for bidding

The Aylesbury Vale Academy are searching for a provider of a facilities management framework valued at £3.36 million.

 

The Academy are looking for a wide range of service provision and as such the tender is split into various lots. The breakdown is as follows:

  • Lot 1: planned and preventative maintenance, caretaking and security,
  • Lot 2: grounds maintenance,
  • Lot 3: cleaning,
  • Lot 4: catering.

The Academy are looking to reduce costs while ensuring adherence to statutory compliance requirements, creating improvements to the quality of the site and demonstrating systems that are simple to use for site staff to carry out their duties effectively.

 

The contract will be awarded for an initial period of 3 years with 2 possible extensions of 12 months meaning a maximum contract length of 5 years.

 

The deadline for submission of tenders is the 18 October.
