Hertfordshire County Council are looking for bidders on an engineering framework in Hertford worth £30.46 million.

The framework is for the provision of transport, infrastructure and planning services. This contract is divided into 8 lots:

• Lot 1:
  • Spatial Planning and Policy services cut across several departments
• Lot 2:
  • supporting the maintenance and development of a countywide modelling function for various areas
• Lot 3:
  • assisting the council in developing new microsimulation models, and providing support to third parties looking to use any of their models
• Lot 4:
  • support the Council’s Development Management Pre-Planning service
• Lot 5:
  • support the delivery of the Council’s development management implementation service by bringing in supplementary expertise and experience
• Lot 6:
  • environmental assessments support
• Lot 7:
  • supplementary support to the Council’s existing major projects service
• Lot 8:

  ensuring the infrastructure delivered by the employer continues to support good growth in Hertfordshire

   

  The duration of the contract is 3 years.

   

  The deadline for receipts of tenders and requests to participate is 25 October.
