Swindon Borough Council is looking for a provider for a civil engineering consultancy services framework. This framework is valued up to £6.5 million.

The professional services framework agreement will support Swindon Borough Council’s highways and transport department to deliver engineering and transportation services. This will involve delivering a wide range of projects, accessing specialist technical and professional skills, and bringing new ideas and innovation in scheme delivery. The consultant will provide a range of services from feasibility studies, designs and supervision of construction activities on behalf of the authority. They will offer professional and technical advice to the authority on the full range of services for highways and transport.

The contract duration will be for an initial three years with the option to extend for a further year. The estimated contract spend is between £3.5m and £5m across the initial three year contract term and between £4.5m and £6.5m across the potential total four year contract term.

The deadline for the submission of tenders is 14 February.
