Scottish Water are seeking a provider for a framework supplying construction work for water projects. The total value of the framework is £5.2 billion.
The contractor will be expected to support Scottish Water’s planned, lower value, generally non-complex capital investment projects, including refurbishment and replacement requirements and our operational reactive repair requirements. The framework is divided into several lots:
Lot 1: Repair and Maintenance for Infrastructure Water and Waste Water
Provide expertise, guidance, support and resources in design, planning, management and delivery for the provision of repair and maintenance for Infrastructure Water and Waste Water refurbishment, responsive and operational repair services
Lot 2: Capital Investment for Infrastructure and Civils
Provide expertise, guidance, support and resources in design, planning, management and delivery for the provision of Capital Investment Infrastructure and Civils for Water and Waste Water network refurbishment, replacement and responsive services
Lot 3: Repair and Maintenance for Mechanical and Electrical
Provide expertise, guidance, support and resources in design, planning, management and delivery for the provision of repair and maintenance mechanical and electrical services
Lot 4: Capital Investment for Mechanical Electrical Instrumentation Control and Automation
Required to provide expertise, guidance, support and resources in design, planning, management and delivery for the provision of Capital Investment combined MEICA, made-up of mechanical and electrical, mechanical and electrical process interface and specialist instrumentation control and automation
The duration of the contract is for an initial 6 years with the option to extend for a further 6 years.
The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 27 November.
