North Lincolnshire Council is seeking a provider for an architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services framework. This framework is valued at £6 million.

 

The council is establishing a construction and highways professional services framework agreement to assist with the delivery of their construction and highways-related work. A fully integrated multi-disciplinary service managed through a single interface with the council is required. The services required may involve all or any stages of work including feasibility, design and project preparation and construction, responsive services may also be required. The lots are as follows:

• Lot 1: Construction — General Building Related Professional Services
• Lot 2: Highways — Highways Related Professional Services

The duration of the framework is four years.

 

The deadline for the submission of tenders is 16 March.
