The Minister for the Cabinet Office acting through Crown Commercial Services (CCS) are seeking a provider for a national administration services framework valued at £5 billion.

CCS intends to put in place a Pan Government Collaborative Agreement for the provision of citizen contact centres, shared services and operational business process outsourcing. This framework can be used by all Central Government departments and other UK bodies such as:

• local authorities,
• health,
• police,
• fire and rescue,
• education,
• devolved administrations.

The estimated date of the publication of the contract notice is 03 August 2020.
