NHS Shared Business Services are launching a national framework for construction services. This framework is valued at £10.5 billion.

 

This framework is being established to facilitate the procurement of construction works between the NHS and the wider public sector. The framework is broken down into the following lots:

• Lot 1: Public Sector and Healthcare: £0-2.5m (12 regions) — maximum of 10 awarded contractors per region;
• Lot 2: Public Sector and Healthcare: £2.5-5m GBP (12 regions) — maximum of 10 awarded contractors per region;
• Lot 3: Public Sector: £5-15m (12 regions) – maximum of 10 awarded contractors per region;
• Lot 4: Public Sector: £15-35m (national) – maximum of 8 awarded contractors;
• Lot 5: Public Sector: £35m+ (national) — maximum of 8 awarded contractors.

The duration of the framework is 7 years.

 

The deadline for the submission of tenders is 28 October 2021.
