£100m framework announced for emergency accommodation construction

Gloucester City Council has announced £100m construction framework for the purpose of emergency accommodation.

 

Through this framework, Gloucester City Council aims to provide secure and well designed accommodation for displaced residents, such as individuals and families with dependency needs. Due to the demand for high quality services within this area, the work may entail detailed safety requirements, as well as awareness and management of the local community and environment.

  • Homebuilding
  • Design and build projects
  • Property maintenance and repairs
  • Conversions
  • Building surveying
  • Planning permissions
  • Phasing strategy
  • Project management
  • Aftercare and maintenance
  • On-going management of completed development
  • Architecture

 

All contracts cover 48 months and may be renewed upon their expiry. Once the spending limit is reached or the contract duration expires, this framework may be re-opened and renewed.

 

Tenders may be submitted to all lots. The deadline for receipts of tenders and requests to participate is 5th July 2019.
