Hertfordshire County Council has announced a £26.4m framework for the provision of semi-independent accommodation, support services and practice flats for 16+ young people. The framework consists of 8 lots.

Framework lots:

• Block booked beds with multi-occupancy accommodation with intensive housing
• Multi-occupancy accommodation with intensive housing management support on site
• Block booked beds within multi-occupancy single gender UASC accommodation located in Stevenage
• Multi-occupancy single gender UASC accommodation with intensive housing management
• Practice flats, step-down solo accommodation with 12 week support programme
• Solo placement accommodation with intensive 1:1 24-hour support on site (1 and 2 beds)
• PACE 24/7 bed availability accommodation

All contracts have a duration of 24 months. The Framework Agreement will be awarded for a core period of 2 years, with the option to extend this up to 2 further years.

The deadline currently set for opening of tenders is 1st July 2019.
