London Borough of Bromley are looking for a provider for a construction framework valued at £65 million.

They are looking for a delivery model to acquire 400 properties for affordable housing. The model offered by the Tenderer must have the ability to acquire a further 200 properties at the Council’s discretion. The Council will consider all types of innovative delivery models.

The Council is ideally looking for a contract period of 40 years; however, they are open to considering other proposed options.

The deadline for submission of tenders is 24 October.
