Efficiency East Midlands Ltd are looking for a provider for roof works and other special trade construction works. The contract is worth £20 million.

The framework is for the provision of roofing services to both commercial and domestic locations. They are looking for a qualified and experienced candidate to undertake the works. The successful contractors will be expected to provide contracting authorities with the works required to support the maintenance of their property types including, but not limited to, domestic housing stock, high rise and low rise flats, office accommodation, hospitals, student accommodation and schools.

This framework is divided into two lots:

• Lot 1: planned works
• Lot 2: planned works and repairs

The framework will then be further split into geographical sub lots.

The estimated date of publication of contract notice is 06/01/2019.
