Electrical installation work in Scotland worth £62m open for bidding

Scottish Water is seeking a provider for an electrical installation framework. This contract is valued at £62 million.

 

The purpose of this tender is for the provision of chemical dosing systems design, manufacture, supply, installation, calibration, within warranty maintenance and training services for the preparation and controlled dosing of liquid, gas and powder solutions. This includes upgrading and repairing of existing and integrating with existing systems.

 

Applicants will be expected to be of sufficient financial and economic standing to support the anticipated contract value. All applicants must complete the financial questions within the pre-qualification questionnaire and tender documents. Financial standing relevant to the anticipated contract value will be determined by Scottish Water based on the response to the pre-qualification questionnaire and any further financial checks deemed necessary.

 

The duration of the framework is for an initial six years with the option to extend by a further two years.

 

The deadline for the submission of tenders is 24 March.
