The Legal Aid Agency are requesting applicants to submit tenders for a legal aid framework valued at £5,220.

 

This tender is for an Exclusive Schedule under a 2013 Standard Civil Contract to deliver Housing Possession Court Duty Scheme (HPCDS) services in the Boston and Lincoln. The Legal Aid Agency is offering up to four contracts in the Boston and Lincoln HPCDS Scheme. The Legal Aid Agency is looking for candidates that:

• are able to deliver HPCDS services through an office based in the corresponding Housing and Debt Procurement Area and hold a 2018 Standard Civil Contract with authorisation in the Housing and Debt Categories of Law
• have relevant and recent experience of delivering HPCDS services
• are able to deliver HPCDS services from the contract start date

The framework is divided into the following lots:

• HPCDS ITT for Boston
• HPCDS ITT for Lincoln
• HPCDS ITT for Boston and Lincoln

The duration of the framework is 6 months.

 

The deadline for the submission of tenders is 06 February.
