Northern Ireland building construction work required valued at £15.57m

Northern Ireland Housing Executive is launching a framework for building maintenance works. This framework is valued at £15.57 million.

 

Northern Ireland Housing Executive requires contractors to carry out external cyclical maintenance works in North and South Regions. The project is for the provision of works including, but not limited to:

  • Any survey and design
  • Consultation with customers including design
  • Scheduling and programming
  • Installation, construction, repairs, maintenance, renewals, reinstatement or replacement works or works of improvement in respect of but not limited to:
    • structural components
    • roof coverings, fascia’s
    • bargeboards and soffits
    • rainwater goods
    • windows, external and communal doors
    • fire safety works
    • internal doors and frames
    • retrofit and energy efficiency works
    • play areas
    • external paving
    • fencing and other environmental components, and
    • other work identified by the employer

The framework is divided into the following lots:

  • Lot 1: North Region 1
  • Lot 2: North Region 2
  • Lot 3: South Region 1
  • Lot 4: South Region 2
  • Lot 5: North Region 3
  • Lot 6: South Region 3
  • Lot 7: South Region 4
  • Lot 8: North Region 4
  • Lot 9: South Region 5
  • Lot 10: South Region 6

This contract has a duration of 14 months.
