Northumberland Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust are looking to establish a framework of contractors for major works contracts within the UK worth up to £10 billion.

 

The framework will cover projects with a minimum value of £5 million including, but not limited to:

• new builds
• extensions
• refurbishments
• housing builds
• multi-complex builds
• works covering the railway industry

The framework will be split in to 3 separate lots, which will operate with a maximum of 9 contractors per lot. There is no restriction on the number of lots tenders can be submitted for.

 

The framework agreement will be established for a period of 4 years, with the option to extend for a further 2.

 

The deadline for receipts of tenders and requests to participate is 31 October.
