The company is seeking service providers to deliver responsive repairs and services to properties across the group. The works will be provided to a variety of social dwellings, leaseholder properties, sheltered schemes and supported and special needs housing.

The framework is valued at £12, 051, 860.

The framework is divided up into the following lots.

• Roofing
• Scaffolding
• Locksmiths
• Drainage
• Electrical
• Multi-trade
• Void services

The awarded contracts will run for 24 months and will be subject to renewal, up to 24 additional months.

The deadline for bids is currently 6 August 2019.
