£32m Emergency accommodation framework for vulnerable people across Leeds

Leeds City Council has initiated a new accommodation, health and social services framework worth £32, 791, 000 for the purposes of providing accommodation and support for vulnerable young people, care leavers and unaccompanied asylum-seeking children (UASC).

   

This new service is required to be flexible and responsive with a 24/7 availability.

 

The following vulnerable people require accommodation and support services (aged between 16 and 25 years):

  • Young people who are looked after by the local authority
  • Care leavers
  • Young people at risk of becoming homeless
  • Young people who have been remanded into the care of the local authority by the Court
  • Unaccompanied asylum-seeking children (UASC)
 

The contracts awarded will operate from 1st July 2020 to 30th June 2025 and may possibly be subject to renewal.

 

The deadline for receipts of tenders and requests to participate is 25th September 2019.
