Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council are seeking a provider for a legal framework valued at £15 million. This figure is an estimate and the actual total may exceed this. The framework is based in Liverpool.

They wish to procure a framework contract to provide external legal services from solicitors to support the in-house provision of its member organisations. This framework is divided into the following lots:

• Lot 1: Civil Litigation, Prosecutions and Regulatory
• Lot 2: Property, Planning and Environment
• Lot 3: Corporate Governance, Ethical Standards and Information Law
• Lot 4: Projects, Procurement and Commercial
• Lot 5: Social Care and Education
• Lot 6: Partner service (optional)

The duration of the framework is 4 years. Tenders may be submitted for all lots.

The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 29 November.
