Ordnance Survey Ltd are seeking a provider for a recruitment framework with a total value of £4.5m. This framework is based in Southampton

They are seeking a recruitment agency to work with them to find suitable candidates with the right capabilities and skills. They are looking for a partner that understands the culture and needs of the company and one that has the capabilities to find suitable candidates. This framework is divided into 11 lots:

• Lot 1: Financial Operations Recruitment
• Lot 2: Financial Management Recruitment
• Lot 3: Recruitment of Procurement Roles
• Lot 4: Recruitment of legal, audit, risk and compliance roles
• Lot 5: Recruitment of HR Roles
• Lot 6: Recruitment of Data Roles
• Lot 7: Recruitment of Brand, Marketing and Communications Roles
• Lot 8: Recruitment of Business Analysis and Project Management Roles
• Lot 9: Recruitment of Business Development and Commercial Roles
• Lot 10: Recruitment of IT Engineering, Architecture, Security, Digital and GI Data Production Roles
• Lot 11: Recruitment of Customer Service and Administrative roles

The duration of each lot’s contract is two years with the option to extend by a further year.

The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 27 November.
