The Education Alliance are looking to establish a framework of consultants for construction services within the UK. This framework is valued at £500 million.

 

The framework will cover projects including, but is not limited to:

• new builds
• extensions
• refurbishments
• housing builds
• multi-complex builds
• works covering the railway industry
• infrastructure projects

The framework will be split in to 19 separate lots, which will operate with a maximum of 6 consultants per region per lot. Tenders may be submitted for each lot.

 

The agreement will be for a period of 3 years from April 2020, with the option to extend for a further period of 1 year.
