Construction framework for a new college campus worth £33.5m announced

Construction & Procurement Delivery (CPD) in Belfast has announced a new framework that will deliver the construction of the new Craigavon campus of Southern Regional College.

 

Construction & Procurement Delivery has teams specifically qualified to advice to Northern Ireland government departments and associated bodies through the following divisions:

 

  • Construction
  • Health Projects
  • Policy & Performance
  • Property Services
  • Supplies & Services

 

The Construction Division of CPD has initiated the following framework for the construction of a new campus for Southern Regional College. This project will take place on a greenfield site at the South Lake and will thus require appropriate expertise.

 

The total estimated value of this framework is £33,500,000.

 

 

The project will include the following works:

 

  • Site clearance
  • Construction environmental management
  • Associated services and drainage
  • Earthworks including cut/fill and removal of surplus excavated/unsuitable material
  • Construction of new fully serviced campus building

 

The form of contract for pre-construction will be NEC4 Option A and for construction will be NEC4 Option C.

 

All contracts will have a duration of 28 months.

 

The deadline for receipts of tenders or requests to participate: 5th July 2019.
