Crown Commercial Service has announced the Digital Outcomes and Specialists 4 framework, enabling public sector bodies to digitally transform their services.

Digital Outcomes and Specialists services include:

• Digital outcomes, like an accessibility audit or a beta of an NHS appointment booking system
• Digital specialists, like product managers or developers
• User research labs that provide facilities to carry out interviews and usability tests
• User research participants who take part in interviews and usability tests

The framework will initially run for 12 months but may be subject to a maximum extension of an additional 12 months. Any call-off contract placed will have a maximum initial duration of 2 years (with optional extension up to 25% of the initial duration or a maximum of 6 months).

Applications to this framework are planned to be open from July to September 2019.
