East Sussex County Council are looking for a provider for a finance framework valued at £35 million.

 

On behalf of itself, Brighton and Hove City Council and Surrey County Council (the Orbis Partners), East Sussex County Council are looking for insurance cover for property, commercial and industrial property, liability and fidelity guarantee, motor fleet and group personal accident and travel.The tender is for a single supplier per lot and the successful supplier will enter into a separate contract with each of the 3 partners. The lots are as follows:

• Lot 1: Property/Material Damage Insurance (excluding Broker Services)
• Lot 2: Brighton and Hove City Council — Commercial and Industrial Property/Material Damage Insurance (excluding Broker Services)
• Lot 3: Liability and Fidelity Guarantee Insurance (excluding Broker Service)
• Lot 4: Motor Fleet Insurance (excluding Broker Services)
• Lot 5: Group Personal Accident and Travel Insurance (excluding Broker Services)

The Councils are seeking a 5 year long term agreement with the option to extend for a further 2 years.

 

The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 12 December.
