The Southern Health and Social Care Trust Estates Department are seeking a provider for a Belfast construction framework valued at £20 million.

They are looking to appoint a maximum of 5 contractors for the provision of building maintenance, minor building works and community aids and adaptations. All successful contractors will automatically be appointed to Lot 6 (mini-competition). This contract may also incorporate mechanical and electrical works, building services, civil engineering, roofing, flooring, building, joinery, window repairs, painting, glazing works and other related specialist works.

the duration of the contract is 4 years with the option to extend by a further year after the completion of 3 years.
