At eacg, they have created a culture which reflects their core values, supporting a first-class track record of developing long term relationships with their clients and offering solutions tailored to clients’ requirements. They focus on their customers’ specific needs, developing people-centric solutions based on their in-depth understanding of their clients and of the financial services sector.

The differing needs of their clients are met through three specialist solutions: interim skills; talent acquisition and managed services. eacg secure experienced professionals who provide support throughout each stage of the project, programme or portfolio lifecycle and develop a solution that is the best fit and offers value for money for their clients. In 2016, Aberdeen Asset Management planned to establish a global services centre to reduce their operating costs and eacg developed a proposal in response. Having been approached by a director at eacg who was already familiar with our services, The Bid Team were engaged by eacg to provide bid process review support mid-bid and recommend improvements to their bidding procedures.

eacg’s delivery team has over 38 years’ experience of providing recruitment services to the financial services sector and has collectively, more than 65 years’ experience across other industry sectors, including the public sector, pharmaceutical, IT & technology, supply chain and oil & gas. Over 3,000 subject matter experts have been supplied to clients and supported by the company across 18 years. eacg provide a one stop shop for skills acquisition and interim resources. They search, identify and select people with the right skills, approach and aptitude to join their clients permanently in order to deliver complete project teams and staffing requirements. eacg therefore had both the requisite experience, knowledge and resources to respond to The Royal Bank of Scotland Group’s need for mandatory resource augmentation for 3 major programmes.
